Go to My Profile to Edit:- You can change/update your Email id, Password & DOB.

Just enter your registered mobile number to get an OTP, once you have the OTP simply follow the prompts. Don't worry if the delivery is missed, Our delivery partner will reattempt the delivery.

Yes, you can change the shipping address before your order shipped. Kindly contact our Cutomer Support team immediately to ensure it is changed before the dispatch.
Shipping
We have fastest delivery option of same day delivery within Mumbai.
No, however, we try our best to have your item(s) picked up by our courier service providers & get you the replacement as soon as possible.
NSP delivers products within 3-4 working days, and the delivery charges can be checked at the time of checkout.

Exchange & Returns
Products can be returned within a time frame of 7 days. The 7-day window starts from the date when the product is received by the customer or user. This 7-day policy applies for returnable products and exchange applicable to returnable products only.
If the customer wishes to place an exchange for the second time, the request won't be processed as the customer has to cancel the order and opt for refund.
In first 72 Hrs from the time product is delivered.
In first 7 days from the time product is delivered.
All the products with the returnable tag can be returned/Exchanged.
Refunds
Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
In case of cash on delivery the refund will be processed into your bank account.
For Netbanking/Credit/Debit card payments refund will be processed in 3-5 business days, For upi and cash on delivery payments we will require 2-4 business days to process your refund.

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit and other credit cards. We also have an option of net banking and cash on delivery for order where shipping address is India.
